Used in pretty good shape there doesn't seem to be any tears in the tolex, the amp is a  bit dirty I'm not going to clean it up, the faceplate has some scratches on it as you can see in the picture, a bit of rust on some metal parts as shown in the pictures, seems to be the original speaker marked  Fender, sounds awesome

It is the best I have ever played with its stereo output to really scope your tone and that classic Ricky sound that is so distinctive. This is a rare Fender Princeton Reverb Silverface Combo Amp Circa 1977 -1981
The serial number has been scratched off which I didn't notice this until quite a few years after I bought it in 1989. However this amp has the push pull volume knob boost which fender introduced in 1977 and they then discontinued the amp in 1981 so the age of the amp is somewhere between those two dates

Selling my Dad??s quite magnificent 1977 Fender Telecaster that he has owned from new!
It has NEVER been gigged and is in beautiful condition, with only one very minor nick to the back of the headstock (pictured) and some nice patination to the bridge guard
