This Peavey USA made T-40 has been kept in amazing shape for its age! It was made in 1979 and has hardly any signs of use at all! The electronics work perfectly, it has a very smooth neck, and it??s a joy to play! The pickguard has some very small scratches and that??s all the use it has. Original Vintage Neck from a 1982 Peavey T-45 Bass Guitar. Obviously, it will fit a T-45 body but it will also fit a T-40 body (T-45 and T-40 necks are the same except for the model shown on the headstock) (please see neck heel dimensions). Light fret wear but plenty of life left in frets. Very light string marks on fretboard. A few light marks and a few tiny nicks in the beautiful gloss finish. Truss rod tightens and loosens smoothly. Original Vintage Body from a 1982 Peavey T-45 Bass Guitar. This bass has been refretted with dunlop 6100s and refinished with amber- gunstock color tinted poly.
All electronics and pots are refreshed with 500k cts pots and currently wired as double humbucker setup (Volume - Volume - Tone - Tone) I have all of the original parts which will be included along with original hardcase
